The invoice includes all necessary information, such as:

• Guitar description and specifications

• Agreed purchase price

• Seller (owner) details

• Payment instructions

• Shipping, insurance, and delivery terms

• Inspection and return conditions

Once the invoice is confirmed, payment is made according to the agreed structure — most commonly directly to the guitar owner’s bank account. This approach eliminates third-party platform commissions, hidden fees, and unnecessary taxes often added by large marketplaces.

Every transaction is supported by:

• Verified seller identity

• Documented ownership

• Written agreements with the owner

• Full traceability of the instrument and shipment

We offer a 30‑day inspection period from the day you receive the guitar.

• If the guitar is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you may return it.
• Return shipping costs are on us.
• Once the guitar is received back in its original condition, a full refund is issued.
