All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Condition of Instruments
Vintage instruments are sold with the understanding that they may contain wear, aging, or historical modifications. These characteristics contribute to their authenticity.
Payment
Full payment is required before shipment or transfer of ownership.
Shipping and Risk
Once an instrument has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer unless otherwise required by law.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if explicitly approved. Any approved return must be shipped back in the same condition in which it was received.
Trades
Trade evaluations are based on current market conditions and may change without notice until finalized.
Consignment Sales
Consigned instruments are sold on behalf of their owners. All sales remain subject to the same terms as standard inventory.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to delay or cancel transactions that appear suspicious in order to protect all parties involved.
